Service Bulletin: DR-3100 Roaming In Canada

Service Bulletin: DR-3100 Roaming In Canada

We have been informed by our carrier that their international roaming partners will be retiring their CDMA networks, effective 2/1/17.

What does this mean for me?

If you currently have a DoneMobile DR-3100, starting 2/1/17 your device will no longer be able to communicate when your drive into Canada. You will still have coverage in the United States but just not in Canada.

If you are constantly traveling across borders and need to have dual coverage, our DR-3400 supports all of North America. Just visit any of our supporting DroneMobile retailers to inquire what options are available to you.
