March 14, 2017
On Monday, March 13th, from approximately 2:30pm-5pm PDT, we experienced a temporary interruption of most DroneMobile services. While alerts were still being transmitted, commands and tracking services were temporarily disabled.
As of Monday evening (PDT), all DroneMobile services and devices appear to have come back online and are fully functioning.
Please reopen the DroneMobile app and attempt to send a command. If you continue to experience communication issues, log out from the app and log back in, as that should re-establish communication. If you have any problems logging into the DroneMobile app, please delete the app from your smartphone and download the most current version from the App/Google Play Store.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we continue to work towards preventing all future outages. If you’d like to stay updated on DroneMobile services, visit our blog at www.dronemobile.com/blog.
